On October 23, the 2025 “Hubei Craftsman Cup” Skills Competition — Provincial Civil Affairs Industry Vocational Skills (Prosthetics and Orthotics) Contest, jointly organized by seven entities including the Hubei Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Hubei Provincial Rehabilitation Assistive Devices Technical Center, and Hubei Rehabilitation Assistive Devices Association, concluded successfully at the Eastern District of the Hubei Provincial Rehabilitation Assistive Devices Technical Center. A total of 60 contestants from 16 institutions across the province took part.
This contest is a concrete measure to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on civil affairs work and skilled personnel development. It is also a key initiative to actively advance the Talent-Strong Nation Strategy and thoroughly carry out the “Skills Revitalizing Jingchu” Project.
Our company’s Technical Director Ji Xu, together with Orthotist Evaluators Li Dan and Li Xue, stood out with exceptional craftsmanship, demonstrating our professional strength in the provincial-level skills competition.
After three days of intense and exciting competition, the team composed of Technical Director Ji Xu, Orthotist Evaluators Li Dan and Li Xue secured top honors. Ji Xu won the First Prize, Li Dan the Second Prize, and Li Xue the Third Prize, fully showcasing the professional standards of our orthotic assistive device services at the provincial event.
The competition consisted of two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical skills, comprehensively assessing contestants’ professional knowledge and hands-on abilities. Orthotic appliance fitters from civil affairs sectors across the province gathered to compete on technical precision and operational efficiency. Our three contestants maintained consistent performance throughout, relying on solid expertise accumulated in daily practice.
As co-organizer and venue provider, the Hubei Provincial Rehabilitation Assistive Devices Technical Center established a professional platform for the competition. Its comprehensive technical support, high-quality facilities, and thoughtful event organization created a valuable environment for competition and exchange. We hereby express our highest respect and sincere gratitude!
These awards vividly reflect our achievements in skilled talent development and inject momentum into future growth. Going forward, we will continue to leverage skills competitions as a catalyst, encouraging more employees to participate in professional events. Through “promoting learning and practice via competition,” we will continuously enhance our team’s professional skills and overall competence, nurturing more outstanding talent for civil affairs orthotic assistive device services. We also look forward to building on this participation to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with leading industry teams, collectively advancing the overall quality of civil affairs orthotic assistive device services.
